Miss Vicki L. Schrom, 66 of Canal Street, Fort Plain, NY died on October 29, 2023, unexpectedly at her home.

She was born in Cobleskill, NY on July 25, 1957, the daughter of William Schrom and Evelyn Payne Schrom, both predeceased her in death.

She graduated from Schoharie High School, class of 1975.

She worked for many years as Kas-Keller in Fonda, then took a job at Helmont Mills, in St. Johnsville, NY.

Vicki spent most of her life in Fort Plain. She loved sunflowers, cats, spending time with her "sister twin" Angel, and her other nieces and nephews. The tradition of Wednesday dinner and game night with her best friends Deb, Shelley and Angel will be carried on in her memory.

She was predeceased by her two brothers, William Schrom and Tim Schrom.

Survivors include her sister Cheryl M. Gilmore; nieces and nephews, her "sister twin" Angel Noack, Michael Noack, Desiree Santana, Randy Schrom, Macie Schrom, Nikki Schrom and Tiffany Santana; great nieces and nephews Alauna, Amani, Zinniya, Jayden, Kaibreean, Jacoby, Zaleena ; many loving cousins; and her cats Thelma and Louise.

Following her wishes she will be cremated with the assistance of Gray-Houghtaling and Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.

A Celebration of Vicki's life will take place in the spring and announced at that time.
