Mr. Thomas Brian Dulin, 52, of Mohawk Street, Fort Plain, NY, died on May 2, 2023, at Little Falls Hospital, Little Falls, NY.

Tom was born on January 8, 1971, in Buffalo, NY the son of Joseph and Beverly Dulin.

After highschool he went on to graduate from college in Wyoming with  a degree in accounting.

Most recently he had worked at WalMart distribution center in Sharon Springs. Prior to that he had worked for Target distribution in Amsterdam.

In the early 2000's he moved to Fort Plain.

Tom enjoyed socializing with his friends.

Survivors include his mother Beverly Dulin; fiance Robin Smalls; 1 brother and 3 sisters; and good friend Dale Alkinburg.

Arrangments are entrusted to Gray-Houghtaling and Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.

Services will be private and the convenience of the family.
