Obituary

Thomas Andrew Booth, beloved partner, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2025, in Fort Plain, New York, aged 66.

Tom was a man of quiet strength, deep love, and earthy wisdom. He found joy in planting garlic beds in the snow, walking barefoot through clay dust, and picking greengages straight from the tree. He shared his life with Estelle, his devoted partner, with whom he built a world of tenderness beneath ancient maple trees and starry skies.

Born to Franklin Morrison Booth and Catharine Estelle Rode Booth, both of whom predeceased him, Tom was a jack of all trades, an artist, a craftsman, a lover of science and horticulture, and a true Renaissance man. Together with Estelle, he studied Digital Media Technology and Design at Fulton-Montgomery Community College, Class of 2019.

A descendant of five generations of builders, Tom worked in the construction industry for most of his life. He was passionate about free energy and heat engines, and deeply drawn to esoteric knowledge, world religions, and lucid dreaming. He had a horse whisperer's spirit—and beautiful hands.

He is survived by his children: Joel, Elena, Desiree, Jarred, Devin, and Kytiera; his grandchildren: Nolan, Caitlin, Zoe, Aidric, Rezgar, and Rose; and his great-grandchildren: Phoenix, Sibella, and Winnie. He is also survived by his brothers: Robert (and his wife Ann), Randall (and his wife Geri), Lawrence (and his wife Debbie), and James (and his wife Diana).

Tom will be remembered for his warmth, his resilience, and the way he made even the simplest moments feel sacred.
