Mrs. Sandra Ann Rava, 72, most recently of Mary Street, Palatine Bridge, New York died Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at her home. Sandy was born September 22, 1948 in Gloversville, NY. She was the daughter of George Rava and Pauline Gattie Rava. She was a graduate of Gloversville High School, Class of 1966 and spent most of her life in the Rotterdam area. She was a Home Health Aide and Medical Records Clerk for Visiting Nurses in Schenectady, NY until her retirement in 2007. She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of Schenectady. Sandy enjoyed playing cards and going to the casinos. Her brothers, John Rava, Thomas Rava, and Patrick Rava predeceased her. Sandy is survived by her brother, George Rava; nieces, Brenda Rava, Melissa Rava, Jessica Rava; as well as several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. A private graveside service will be held at Ferndale Cemetery.
