Samantha A. Seeley-Lyman, 46, most recently of Center Street, Fort Plain, NY, died on January 17, 2024 at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown.

Samantha was born in Amsterdam, NY, on June 20, 1977, the daughter of Allan Seeley, Sr., and Lorna Smith Seeley, who predeceased her.

She attended St. Johnsville Schools, lived locally, and was a mother to all.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her father-in-law, Joe Lyman.

On October 28, 2005, she married Jeffrey Lyman at the Seeley Family Campground.

Survivors include her husband, Jeffrey; children, Sapphire Seeley-Crouch, Edward Jeffrey Seeley-Lyman, and Andrew Lee Seeley Lyman; her brothers Al Seeley, Jr., and Robert "Bobby" Seeley; 5 grandchildren; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, step-children, her mother in law, brother in laws and cousins.

The family invites family and friends to visit on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 5:00-7:00 at Houghtaling and Hanley Funeral Home, 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
