Miss Sandra E. Parker, 61, of Orchard Street, Canajoharie, New York died, Sunday August 14th at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown. Born on October 29, 1954 in Amsterdam, NY, she was the daughter of William H. Parker, Jr. and Mary Whalen Parker. She was a graduate of Canajoharie High School, Class of 1972. She was a lifelong resident of Canajoharie. Miss Parker was a communicant of the former St. Peter's & Paul's Catholic Church. She was a former member of the Yearbook staff at school and F.H.A. Homemaker of America. Her mother and brother, Gary W. Parker predeceased her. Sandra is survived by her father, William H. Parker, Jr. of Canajoharie, NY; brothers, Michael Parker of Akron, OH, Randall and his wife Diane Parker of Wilton, NY; sister, Susan Parker of Canajoharie, NY; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 18th, 2016 at 1:30pm at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Reid Street, Fort Plain, NY with Father Kenneth Swain and Father Dennis Murphy co-officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday August 17th, from 4:00-8:00PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place in St. Peter's & Paul's Catholic Cemetery.
