Mrs. Mary Ann Oldick, 74, of South St. Johnsville Road, passed away on October 23, 2024, at St. Mary's Healthcare, Amsterdam, NY, following a brief illness.

She was born on December 14, 1949, the daughter of Carlton and Anna Polinski Bauer, who predeceased her.

In 1968, she graduated from St. Johnsville High School.

In her earlier years, she worked as a waitress at area restaurants and Corso's dress factory in St. Johnsville, among her jobs.

She lived in the area her entire life and was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Fort Plain, NY.

Mary Ann liked playing Bingo and making casino trips in her spare time.

She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph Hudson, Sr., a brother, James Bauer, and a granddaughter, Anna Herringshaw.

Survivors include her children, Jeff Oldick, Dawn Oldick, Leah Oldick, and Alexis Hudson; brothers, Mike Bauer and Frank Bauer; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

On Tuesday, October 29th, 2024, the family will gather at the Village of St. Johnsville Cemetery for a graveside service at 10:00 AM; everyone is welcome to join them.
