Mr. Mark Burdziakowski, 67, of Nelliston, NY went to be with the Lord on May 26, 2021.

Mark was born on April 28, 1954 to Michael and Mary Burdziakowski. He was a graduate of St. Johnsville High School. Following graduation he worked a couple of minor jobs before going to work at Beech-Nut Nutrition in Canajoharie and then Town of Florida, retiring in 2014.

Mark was a very caring and helpful person, well liked by everyone. He took care of his mother in the last few years until contracting Covid in February 2021 and then passing away unexpectedly from complications of the virus. He will be sorely missed. The family is grief stricken but at the same time knowing that he is in a place of eternal peace and joy.

He was a member of The Church of God's Elect and worshipped the Lord, praying, singing and reading the Scriptures both in Church and home.

Mark is survived by his mother, Mary; brothers, Zigmund (Jenny), Michael (Mary), Joseph, and Peter (Nina); sisters, Michelle and Helen (Kevin); plus nieces and nephews.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 4:00-7:00PM at The Chapel of Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 1:00PM with burial following at Fort Plain Cemetery.
