Miss Linda Youker, 61, of Northern Terrace, Fort Plain, New York passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, following a brief illness.
Born on February 13, 1961 in Amsterdam, NY, she was the daughter of George Youker and Ruth Null Youker. She was a graduate of Canajoharie High School, Class of 1979 and was a lifelong area resident. She attended school for Dog Grooming in NYC, obtaining her Dog Grooming License.
Linda worked for Liberty Enterprises. Prior to working for Liberty she worked for Beech-Nut in Canajoharie for a short time.
She was of Christian faith.
Linda loved her dogs. She enjoyed participating in a bowling league and liked to crochet.
Her father predeceased her.
Linda is survived by her mother, Ruth Youker of Fort Plain, NY; brother, Floyd and JoDee Youker of Fort Plain, NY; nephews, Jordan Youker of Kentucky, Chad Youker of Tennessee.
A private graveside service will be held at Fort Plain Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
