Miss Kathy Weich, 65 of Rappa road, Sprakers, NY passed away at home on November 9, 2021. She was born in Ballston Spa, NY on September 29, 1956, the daughter of Edmond Weich and Elsa Lenz Weich. She had graduated from Canajoharie High School, and lived in the local area since the 1960's. She had lived in the Washington DC area for several years, working for the United States Government in the computer field. After leaving this job she worked for several years in the private sector in the computer field before moving back to the local area. She was of Lutheran faith. when moving back to the area her and her brother took on breeding and raising purebred Boarder Collies and Shiatzus. She also enjoyed going to auctions. Kathy was predeceased by her parents. Survivors include her brother Herbert Weich; and a special cousin Chris Walter and his family. Cremation will take place at Parkview Crematorium, followed by burial at the Fort Plain Cemetery with her parents in the spring.
