Mrs. Joan E. Willoughby, 77, of Fort Plain, New York died Monday, November 8, 2021 at home, following a brief illness. Born on November 8, 1945 she was the daughter of Dorothy Bohacek and Berger Blowers. Starting at the Dress Factory, Joan worked at Life-Savers and other various places locally. Joan is predeceased by her husband, Carl and son, Kenneth Williams. She is survived by her sister, Pat (Cliff) Beyer; brothers, Gary Blowers, and Shane (Bonnie) Bohacek; along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 2:00-4:00PM at The Chapel of Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, Inc., 20 Otsego Street, Canajoharie, NY 13317.
