Mr. James "Boomer" Morgan, Jr., 33, of 3rd Avenue, Gloversville, New York died Monday, August 27, 2018 at his home.

Born on August 6, 1985 in Newport Richey, FL, he was the son of James T. Morgan, Sr. and Francine Kenyon.  He was a graduate of Gloversville High School, Class of 2003.

Mr. Morgan worked for Pioneer Windows in Johnstown for several years.

Boomer loved fishing with his 3 sons and enjoyed hunting as well.

His dad, John Peter Halecky, Sr. and paternal grandmother, Ellen Morgan predeceased him.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his mother, Francine Kenyon; father, James Timothy Morgan, Sr.; sons, John Fountain, Marcus Morgan, Benjamin Morgan; brothers, Kyle Kenyon, Daniel Sweet; sisters, Jamie Norton, Tammy Angus; nephews and nieces, Isaiah, Noah, Annie, Georgie; several cousins, extended family, and many good friends.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are entrusted to Gray-Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.
