Mr. Douglas Bouck, 57, of Lydius Street, Fort Plain, New York died unexpectedly Monday, August 19, 2019 at Albany Medical Center.

Born on February 25, 1962 in Amsterdam, NY, he was the son of Leland Eugene Bouck and Alvada Bouck.  He attended FMCC and was a lifetime area resident.

Mr. Bouck worked for New Medical Transportation in Amsterdam, NY.

He loved music and playing guitar.  He enjoyed animals, drawing, and being home watching movies.  He also liked to keep up on current events.  Douglas enjoyed the simple things in life.

His parents, half-brother, and half-sister predeceased him.

Douglas is survived by the love of his life, Carrie Ferrer; son, Matt Bouck; daughter, Jessica Bouck; uncle, Russell Bouck; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Noon at Evergreen Cemetery.
