Mrs. Debra A. Weaver, 61, of Brookmans Corner Road, Fort Plain, New York passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Albany Medical Center.

Born on April 28, 1958 in Little Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Richard Jones, Sr. and Rose M. Smith Nemecek. She attended Fort Plain Schools and was a lifelong area resident.

Most recently Mrs. Weaver was a caregiver for Priority Healthcare in Monroe, NY. She also worked for WW Custom Clad in Canajoharie and KasKel in Fonda, NY.

Debra loved taking care of her grandchildren, mowing her lawn, and planting flowers.

On May 15, 2010 at the St. Johnsville Marina, Debra was married to Andrew V. Weaver.

Her brother, Richard Jones, Jr. predeceased her.

Weaver of Fort Plain, NY; mother, Rose Nemecek of Canajoharie, NY; father, Richard Jones, Sr. of Fort Plain, NY; 2 daughters, Charlene Teneyck of Nelliston, NY, Teresa Tyler of Amsterdam, NY; son, Peter Leonard, Jr. of Fort Plain, NY; step-children, Lyn Rockefeller of St. Johnsville, NY, Andrew Weaver, Jr. of Fort Plain, NY, Victor Weaver of Fort Plain, NY, Stacey Weaver-Harrington of Canajoharie, NY; brothers, Phillip W. Jones of Tribes Hill, NY, Marc Jones, Sr. of Fort Plain, NY, Steven Jones of Fort Plain, NY, Gary Jones of Fort Plain, NY; sister, Eileen Jones of Fort Plain, NY; special granddaughter, Jazmain Leonard; as well as several other grandchildren.
