Miss Colleen S. McNeilly, 49 of Main Street, Fort Plain, New York passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Albany Medical Center, following a brief illness.

Born on March 10, 1969 in Amsterdam, NY, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Russell.  She was a graduate of Fort Plain High School and was a lifetime area resident.

Most recently Miss McNeilly worked for Kas-Keller.

Colleen loved spending time with her grandchildren.  She enjoyed watching the Food Network, playing golf, and driving the golf cart.

In addition to her mother, her son, Ronald Hogan, Jr. predeceased her on September 8, 2016; as well as her brother, Jim Skiffington.

Miss McNeilly is survived by her daughter, Jennifer L. and Richard Rathbun of Rome, NY; 2 sons, Michael J. Hogan of North Carolina, Tyler L. Hogan of Fort Plain, NY; boyfriend of 12 years, Daniel A. Mosher of Fort Plain, NY; daughter-in-law, Aleesa A. Hogan of Rome, NY; 4 brothers, Dallas Eller, Jason Russell, Richard Eller, Shane Eller; 4 sisters, Deborah Groves, Becky Wesson, Melanie Sharpe, Michelle Hayes; and 9 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 2:00pm at The Chapel of Gray-Houghtaling & Smith Funeral Home, 34 Center Street, Fort Plain, NY 13339.  The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 1:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.  Burial will take place in Fort Plain Cemetery.
