Mr. Charles Russell, Jr., 66, most recently of E. Springfield, New York, died on May 30, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Charles was born in the Bronx, NY on October 13, 1956, the son of Charles Rusell, Sr., and Mary Trimarchi Russell.

He was educated at New York City schools.

Charles was a self employed mechanic and tow truck operator.

He had lived for the past 20 years in East Springfield, and prior to that had resided in Dutchess County.

Charles had loved working on cars and trucks, watching TV, and talking with friends.

On August 4, 1979, at St. Francis Catholic Church in Bronx, NY, he married Carmella Tinnerello.

He was predeceased by his parents, and a sister.

Survivors include his wife, Carmella Russell; daughter Christina Russell; son Charles Russell, III; 2 sisters Lillian Dippolito and Elizabeth Lonergan; grandson Jayden; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A mass will be held on Thursday June 8th, 2023 at 10:00 am, at Our Lady of Hope, Reid Street, Fort Plain, NY.

Burial will be held privately at the family's convenience.
